A modern style and freshly renovated Town house is part of the Margarita garden complex, located in the heart of the tourist area of Kato Paphos, 5 minutes walking distance from the beach and all the restaurants and shops, but still situated in a quiet location, allowing you to relax and enjoy your holidays. Complex has a large communal swimming pool with sun-beds and shower, surrounded by nice garden, accessible with a chip. The house has 2 lovely gardens (1 bigger in front and 1 smaller in backyard)
Some highlights: - perfect location- 5 min to beach, restaurants, bars - 60 inch LG Smart TV with Netflix and android box - High-speed internet (unlimited) - Modern kitchen appliances (Microwave, Washing machine, Dishwasher) -Fresh Hand, Face, Bath and Pool towels provided - Communal swimming pool - Private garden - Free parking
