The Little House is in a courtyard garden of a traditional Cypriot village home. The Little House is known in Greek as a '"spitaki", which is a small house that had been traditionally built within the property boundary for children and newly-weds. It has it's own front door and is accessed through a delightful Mediterranean garden. It is stone built with a tiled roof externally and a wooden ceiling internally. The windows have shutters. It has an ensuite shower room with toilet and a large handbasin. It has a king sized bed, a comfortable chair with footrest, a small fridge and a hot and cold water dispenser. Cutlery, crockery, glasses and a cafetière are available. To welcome you Cyprus produce such as crackers, cheese, seasonal fruits and chocolate is provided as well as teas, coffee and cold drinks. There is heating and cooling with an AC unit. There is free Wi fi for your mobile, tablet or laptop. There is a table and chairs outside in the garden for you to use.

The Little House is in the agro-tourism village of Agios Theodoros, Larnaca District. There are 5 restaurants in the village serving Cypriot cuisine. There is a well stocked village shop and a traditional coffee shop. Walking through the village is a delight with an old olive press, a community picnic site, a bridge over a river bed and a beautiful church. There are nature trail walks nearby and the village is surrounded by hills. The sea is 5 km with a pretty coastline of restaurants, beach bars and a blue flag beach and harbour at Zygi. Nearby is the lace village of Lefkara, local wineries, and the UNESCO heritage site of Choirokoitia. The cities of Nicosia, Limassol and Larnaca are all easily accessible by car - about a 40 minute journey. A 10 minute drive will bring you to a supermarket, pharmacy and take aways.
