A luxurious detached Villa Marina with heated pool is situated in a fantastic seafront location in the village of Ayia Thekla in the South-East of Cyprus. Ayia Thekla is a peaceful resort which offers an idyllic and tranquil location with amazing sea views. The sandy Ayia Thekla Beach is 7 minutes walk from Villa Marina. The golden sandy beaches of Makronisos and Nissi Beach are about 5 minutes drive from Villa Marina. The nearest supermarket and restaurant is located less than 3 minutes away.

I first visited Cyprus with my family in 2008 and it was the first time we altogether felt so good and healthy that we started to look for a holiday villa in Cyprus of our own.
