Chalupa pod stromy is located in the heart of the Ore Mountains, in the village of Kovářská, surrounded by forests and nature, not far from the highest peak of the Ore Mountains – Klínovec. It is a villa situated on a plot with a fenced garden of 1,600 m². Inside the house, which has a 4+1 layout, you will find on the ground floor a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Upstairs there are three separate rooms. Accommodation is available for up to 8 people in 3 separate bedrooms. One of the rooms is a walk-through room! GUESTS HAVE THE ENTIRE HOUSE JUST FOR THEMSELVES. The house has one toilet, separate from the bathroom. In the bathroom, there is a bathtub. In the living room, there is a comfortable sofa bed and a large flat-screen TV. In the upstairs rooms, you will find single beds, dressers, tables, coat racks, lamps, and armchairs. Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire property. The garden is fenced and provides privacy. In the garden, there is seating, garden furniture, a fire pit, a trampoline, a hammock, and swings for children. The water is drinkable straight from the tap. Parking at the house is available for 3 cars. The stove and fireplace are for decoration only! Do not use!

I am first and foremost a mother of three sons. I live in Kadaň. We offer accommodation in private holiday houses in Kovářská: “Chalupa pod stromy” and “Chalupa U přátel.” The houses are fenced, family-friendly, and fully equipped, with facilities for children.

KOVÁŘSKÁ – a small town near Klínovec (10 km). In the village you will find a shop, a restaurant, and a post office. KLÍNOVEC (1,244 m above sea level): From the cottage to the ski slope it is only 10 km. You can reach the summit of Klínovec by car in 15 minutes, or by bike you will stand on the highest peak of the Ore Mountains in about an hour. Boží Dar (15 km from the cottage): In addition to ski slopes and cross-country trails, you will also find many restaurants, cafés, and a lookout tower. A well-known attraction is the “Ježíškova cesta” (Baby Jesus Trail), a themed trail for children that partly leads through peat bogs. UNESCO site – Mining Landscape at Mědník Hill: The hill Mědník near the town of Měděnec, riddled with mining tunnels, together with other technical monuments of the Ore Mountains, was added to the UNESCO list in summer 2019. Trail Park Klínovec: In the forests of the Ore Mountains, there are 24 km of gently descending, flowing trails specially designed for mountain biking enjoyment. Ryžovna: A hamlet belonging to the town of Boží Dar, 6 km away. Here you will find the excellent Ryžovna brewery. Jelení hora and Přísečnice: Probably the best view of the Ore Mountains is from Jelení hora. From here you can admire stunning views of the highest peaks of the Ore Mountains – Klínovec and Fichtelberg – as well as the Přísečnice reservoir. Nearby towns: Karlovy Vary, Kadaň, Loket.
