The newly completed new cottage with a barn in the picturesque village of Rasochy in the Kolín district is now open. The cottage is a suitable place for those looking for peace and privacy in close proximity to the forest and nature. The property is suitable for family recreation, celebrations, team buildings, retreats, events and exercise events. There is a main building with a living area and a barn with an area of ​​60 m². There is an option to modify the floor surface for exercise. The cottage provides accommodation for 12 people in 3 four-bed rooms (each with its own bathroom) and a living area (spacious living room with kitchen). The barn has a social area for about 20 people with a kitchen and 2 toilets. For the spring/summer 2026 season, a garden and wellness (hot tub and sauna), a playground and outdoor table tennis will be completed - currently in preparation. There is a pub in the village open on weekends, in summer it is more frequent. The place is suitable for cyclists, hikers and lovers of mushroom picking and blueberry picking.
