This newly built 80 m² home provides comfortable accommodation for up to 5 guests – three can sleep peacefully in the bedroom, and two more on the sofa bed in the living room. The house is equipped with underfloor heating, so you’ll feel cozy and comfortable in every season.
On the terrace, you can enjoy your morning coffee, relax in the evening, or have a barbecue – the terrace is also suitable for smokers. There is convenient parking right in front of the house, and you can safely store your bicycles on the property.
The surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for trips and relaxation – explore the spa town of Karlovy Vary, visit the historic town of Loket, or discover the elegant Mariánské Lázně. Nature and sports lovers will appreciate the nearby hiking trails, ski slopes, and cross-country tracks. The German border is about 50 km away.
