Our place is a quiet and peaceful place surrounded by greenery, ideal for families with children, dog walkers and anyone looking for peace and quiet near the water. Although it is quiet, everything you need is within reach - groceries are open daily until 8:00 PM and delivery via Rohlík is also available. Just a few steps from the water you will find refreshments, several restaurants and a popular water slide, which is completely free. For more active relaxation, it is possible to arrange minigolf or tennis. Basic facilities will also be available on site: a toilet, a shower (which is not yet in the photos) and a small kitchenette with running water and basic equipment. It is a place with an atmosphere where privacy and comfort are beautifully combined with the surrounding facilities. The place has belonged to our family for generations and when we are not here, it is free for you. If you would like to come with friends or family, it is possible to make arrangements. There is definitely space for one tent and another caravan or trailer. Primarily, however, due to privacy and enough space, we offer a spot for one reservation.

We are Terka and Matouš – married for 11 wonderful years, parents of two wonderful children and life partners as they should be. Our family is a small world where calm and reason meet with ideas that sometimes border on madness (that's my style, Terka admits 😊). Matouš is the quiet strength of our family – calm, reliable, and yet always on the move. Thanks to him, everything holds together, even when Terka is thinking about how to turn the garden into a café, build a shower by the forest, or transform our 3D printer into a dream factory. Together we love to travel, discover new places and collect experiences that give our life juice. Whether we go on a trip around the corner or across Europe, we are mainly together – and that is the most important thing for us.

People in Nová Živohoště enjoy the water and peace the most. The Slapská dam is the main attraction – for swimming, paddleboarding, fishing or just a boat ride. Compared to busier places, there is more peace here, no big rush, more space to switch off and recharge your batteries. Many people also come here for the special retro atmosphere – old cottages, classic kiosks, fireplaces and simple moments that remind you of childhood. Memories come back here on their own. In addition, there are a few relaxed pubs or stalls where you can have a schnitzel, raspberry wine or beer by the water, without queues and without stress.
