In the bar there is a beer pump and cooler, a fully equipped kitchen and entrance to the covered terrace and barbecue area. Three large bedrooms in czech country style with ensuite bathrooms and balconies are on the upper ground floor, plus one extra small bedroom for 2. On the upper floor there is a second kitchen, dining and living area and 2 bedrooms The floodlit tennis court has a covered seating area, with table football. Or enjoy evenings around the open fire. Opposite is a beautiful quarry flooded by pure spring water, for a refreshing swim. Please be aware that the house is extremely large and for smaller groups, some of the rooms may not be opened. Petra and Martin live in the village of Perstejn and are available to advise on local activities or trips in the area. They enjoy travelling and all kinds of winter and summer sports and have lots of friends and family from other countries who they enjoy showing the local towns and countryside.

The village of Vykmanov near Perštejn is in a beautiful environment surrounded by forests and unspoilt nature. The location is ideal for walking trips to the surrounding countryside, you can visit the local brewery and restaurant in Perštejn for some local specialities or take cycling excursions along well-marked cycling routes. In winter, excellent cross-country trails start 2km from the house and there is a small ski resort Alšovka 3km away, and Klinovec a large ski area is 15km away. There is free climbing on local rocks at the river Ohre 3 km from the cottage. Or rent a canoe and spend a day on the river. There are many ruined castles nearby, Perštejn, Šumná, Lestkov, Horní Hrad. In Klášterec nad Ohří there is a chateau with gardens and a pocelain and clock museum, a spa, a riverside boat cafe an outdoor aquapark. In Jachymov there is saunaworld. Plešivec has a rtreetop adventure park. The famous spa town of Karlovy Vary with its annual international is 30km away, and the reservoir Necrhanice is 25 km away, where you can surf, swim and sail.
