Please note that the futon bed mentioned in the description refers to a mattress on the floor. By booking this accommodation, you agree to the following rules: . Respect quiet hours (9 PM-6 AM). . Remove shoes inside. . Lock the entrance door. . No smoking (fine: 200 EUR). . No parties (fine: 500 EUR). . No pets allowed (except Cozy House Jesenice) (penalty: 200 EUR). . Only registered guests allowed (fine: 100 EUR/day per unregistered guest visitors included). . Turn off lights when not needed. . Set AC temperature above 18°C and close doors/windows. (If A/C is provided) . No unauthorized recordings or photos (fine: 10,000 EUR). . Return keys to the keybox. Lost of key fine 100 EUR/key. . Late check-out until 1 PM/early check-in from 1 PM possible (fees apply). . Check-in: after 3 PM (4 PM in Serenity Villa + Cozy House). Check-out: before 11 AM.
