The approx. 73 square metre apartment on the upper floor (PLEASE NOTE: low ceiling height of approx. 2.10 m) for 2 adults (accessible via stairs) is equipped with a living room (sofa, flat-screen TV), a bedroom, a separate kitchen (dining table, electric hotplates, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle, coffee machine) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). A seating and sunbathing area in the inner courtyard is available to this apartment. As this is an old house, please note the low ceiling heights, especially on the upper floor (2.10 m). Breakfast can be taken in a café a few steps away for a fee on request. A free car park can be used directly in front of the house, further parking spaces (chargeable during the day from 9 a. m. to 6 p. m.) can be found directly in the street or free of charge a few steps away in the surrounding area.
