Bedroom → KING-SIZE BOX SPRING BED (180x200), bed linen provided Living Room → Sofa bed (160x190), bed linen provided, 50-inch smart TV with Amazon Prime Video and gaming stick, wall unit with indirect lighting, small dining area, rocking chair Balcony → Comfortable seating in retro style Kitchen → Dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, freezer, kettle, coffee machine, dishes & cutlery Bathroom → Large bathtub with shower fitting, shower curtain, towels, and hairdryer are provided Extras → Washer dryer available in the laundry room upon request → 1 designated parking space is exclusively available right in front of the building

You can reach: → 2 supermarkets/bakeries in approximately 500m distance → Lünen city center in about 10 minutes on foot → Dortmund city center in about 20 minutes by car For business-related stays, the proximity of the apartment to the "Aurubis AG" location might be of interest, which is also reachable within a 10-minute walk. The REMONDIS location is about a 5-10 minute drive away. Upon request, an invoice with VAT identification can be provided.
