A small shop with daily fresh baked goods, the harbour and a children's playground are just a few minutes' walk away. Further shopping and leisure facilities as well as cafés and restaurants can be found in the small town of Malchow, approx. 12 km away. This non-smoking apartment with separate entrances is equipped with insect screens on the windows and is centrally heated. The approx. 110 square metre apartment for up to 8 adults and 1 baby is spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a large dining room (dining table, wood-burning stove - wood on request) with adjoining kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and the bathroom (shower, bathtub, WC, washing machine). A staircase leads from the dining room to the upper floor to an open-plan living area (upholstered suite, armchair, flat-screen TV), a guest WC and the 3 bedrooms.
