Only 50 meters from the Weßlinger See (Lake Wessling), you will find this modern and bright design apartment. Enjoy the comfort of a free private underground parking. The ground-level apartment with underfloor heating and Co2 automatic, surrounded by a garden, invites you to relax. The terrace has an outdoor couch, deck chair and seats, as well as a BBQ. The bathroom is equipped with shower as well as bathtub. There’s a reason that these are SNUG Stays, which means "cozy". Whether traveling privately, or on business, with or without children, a large living and dining area with open kitchen and couch (which can be converted to a sofa bed for an optional fifth guest) comfortably accommodates all guests. Equipped with 250mb/s high-speed Wifi, Smart TV and Netflix, the day can be sweetened inside when not exploring the outdoor space with garden and terrace or the great surroundings of the "Five Lakes Region" The main road on which the apartment is located in the village is not heavily trafficked and due to Tempo 30 it is not really noisy. In addition, the bedrooms, away from the road, face the garden and you always have a perfectly fresh climate due to the decentralized living room fan, completely without having to let heat or cold into the apartment through open windows. In the larger of the two bedrooms is a home office corner with a desk and monitor. Who comes stressed to the new home away from home, can first take a relaxing bath if necessary. For families with children is ideal that the apartment is at ground level and is equipped with a baby high chair and children's cutlery. A baby crib is provided on request. We provide you with a basic supply of coffee, tea, pasta, rice, pesto and oat milk. We value sustainability, so the apartment is furnished plastic-free as much as possible. Food, cosmetics and cleaning products are all organic.

Weßlinger See: The Weßlinger See is only 50m away from the apartment and invites you to take a walk and eating delicious cakes. In summer it is an ideal bathing place, but in winter it can turn into a skating rink. Due to its small size, the lake warms up quickly in summer and freezes over quickly in winter. The "Cafe am See" offers a variety of cakes and is only a stone's throw away from our Snug Stays in Weßling. Across the lake is the hot spot for all sundowner fans and for snacks and drinks: the "Wasserberghaeusl". Starnberger See, Ammersee, Wörthsee, Pilsensee: The 4 other lakes are all within a 10-20min drive. Wörthsee and Pilsensee are known for their turquoise-blue waters. The Ammersee is popular for sailing, windsurfing, kiting and wing foiling. Lake Starnberg, by far the largest lake, offers next to Lake Ammersee probably the best views of the nearby Alps. The StarnbergAmmersee Region is ideal for bike rides or visits to one of the castles and beer gardens. The Bräustüberl in Seefeld Castle and also the Augustiner am Wörthsee (only 50m from our Snug Stays Studio) in Steinebach, both offer above average tavern / beer garden cuisine. The monastery of Andechs with its beer gardens and restaurants is always worth a visit. Dießen am Ammersee or Utting are nice places and popular destinations. Munich: The Bavarian capital is only 30min away by car, or 40min by S-Bahn. Whether Isar, English Garden, Marienplatz, surfers at the Eisbach, museums or restaurants - the leisure possibilities are endless. Alps & South: Traveling only one hour south, you are already in the middle of the Alps in Oberammergau or Garmisch Partenkirchen with the famous Zugspitze, the highest mountain in Germany. The Eibsee or the gondola ride up the mountain are breathtaking experiences.
