New opening 15.12.21! Welcome to the Alpenliebe holiday flat! The approx. 92 square metre & family-friendly holiday flat in direct proximity to several playgrounds is located on the top floor of a well-kept and modern apartment building in the new development area "Herzstück". Central location of Garmisch, the Marienplatz and the lively pedestrian zone can be reached in a few steps. This flat is divided as follows: open-plan living & dining area, a bedroom with double bed and a children's room with two single beds as well as a pull-out sofa bed for another person. An interior bathroom with shower/tub/WC. The designer kitchen with cooking island is fully equipped with all important appliances. Washing machine with dryer function in the utility room with further storage possibilities. Highlight: the view, no matter from which room you have a direct view of the entire Alpine panorama. The entrance area leads directly to the lift, which takes you to the underground parking space. WLAN is free of charge!
