On our very nice farm there are two vacation apartments and one or two double rooms. Please note: the double room (the "green room") is on the second floor, the corresponding bathroom on the ground floor! For a third and fourth person an additional double room (the "red room") can be booked in addition (by indicating the number of persons). The second double room is also 20 sqm, newly renovated and is also located on the second floor. The mentioned bathroom is for both double rooms and is only used by them! For children there is plenty of space to play on our farm. A children's playground with sandbox, swing and slide is available for our little ones. Also a giant trampoline makes children's hearts beat faster. On our horses or ponies can be ridden by arrangement. The small animals can be petted at any time. Our farm is located in the district of Erlstätt. In the district town of Traunstein, which you can reach in 5 minutes by car, you will find all the important facilities, a pedestrian zone to stroll through and much more. Also to the beach at the Chiemsee it is only 5 minutes by car. In winter you will find a toboggan slope at the house, cross-country ski trails nearby (about 2
