The holiday apartment Am Weinberg is very spacious & tastefully furnished. 119m² accommodation in a 2-family house, on the edge of the vineyards in the beautiful snailvalley. The location, in the wine-growing town of Pfaffenweiler, is ideal for walks, Nordic walking, jogging, cycling & beautiful hikes in the Black Forest. A great forest playground & fitness trail is a 5-minute walk away. Swimming lakes nearby . 30 minutes to Europa Park. An open 54m² living room with a comfortable couch invites you to linger. Lots of space for a large family. In the newly installed high-quality kitchen, cooking with modern appliances will be really fun & the results can be eaten in the comfortable dining area with an extendable table. The apartment has 8 sleeping spaces. Underfloor heating. Bathroom with bathtub & walk-in rain shower & guest toilet with urinals. A small tool shed for bicycles. The holiday apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, kitchen utensils, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher... and much more. The large bathroom provides towels, shampoo, shower gel & bath foam, washing machine & dryer & baby bed, baby bouncer, children's high chairs, small trampoline, children's toilet step & lots of games. In the living room there is an internet-enabled flat screen with satellite programs & Netflix. The outdoor area with barbecue facilities (fire bowl), sun loungers & lounge is available to our guests alone. The outdoor shower & a small paddling pool (inflatable) are a welcome way to cool off, especially on hot summer days, & several parasols provide shade. Smoking is prohibited in the apartment. You are welcome to smoke outside & in front of the front door. Ashtray is available. In order to enable allergy sufferers to stay in our beautiful holiday apartment, animals are not allowed.

If desired, an individual, free WINE TASTING and cellar tour in the Pfaffenweiler wine house can be arranged with Lothar (the winemaker lives in the house). CHILDREN are very welcome! There are lots of toys for inside and outside, a small trampoline, rocking horse, baby bouncer, a travel cot for the little ones, 2 children's TrippTrapp chairs & children's toilet seat, as well as a potty. Since the holiday apartment is at the end of a cul-de-sac, you can also play on the street or outside. The outdoor shower or water hose is particularly popular here, ideal for a fun water fight. WE FILL THE FRIDGE on the day of arrival! Feel free to send us a shopping list. Cash payment upon arrival is fine. WE PICK UP OUR GUESTS! ... and offer a paid transport service (max 4 people) by arrangement; e.g. pick-up from Basel airport or Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden and Freiburg train station... Car and bicycle rentals are available in Freiburg. EXTRAS - We are happy to set up up to 2 large desks or place 2 additional mattresses with fresh bedding on the floor if 10 people would like to come. Officially only 8 people can be booked. We have a quiet neighborhood, 2 free parking spaces at the House & numerous playgrounds in the immediate surounding. Freiburg is about 10km away and can be easily reached by public transport. Next bus stop approx. 3 minutes on foot. Freiburg can be reached by bike from Pfaffenweiler in about 15 minutes. In the vicinity there are several restaurants, a bakery, car repair shop and a supermarket. Numerous playgrounds for children, a senior citizens' playground, fitness trail and a beautiful forest playground with a barbecue area within 5 Minutes walk. Europapark Rust & Wasserwelt Rulantica can be easily reached in about 20 - 30 minutes via the motorway. Other attractions in the region are the Steinwasenpark with a summer toboggan run and animals, the Tatzmania zoo in Löffingen, Mundenhof, a beautiful open zoo in Freiburg, a fun pool in Titisee-Neustadt, a children's galaxy and planetarium in Freiburg.
