Welcome to our apartment in Prenzlauer Berg and feel the typical charm of the old Berlin building (Altbau) for a unique experience. Your room is your kingdom! Shared spaces are the kitchen and bathroom. You'll have the opportunity to interact with other travelers or connect with the host and his family, including a delightful child who might add a lash of cheer to your experience. The communal kitchen and bathroom create a community atmosphere, offering opportunities to share stories and experiences with other adventurers. The 12 m² room in our large shared apartment is within walking distance of bars, restaurants, stores, and supermarkets. Here you will find everything you need for your stay: → Double bed (140 x 200 cm) → Water kettle in the room → Tea and coffee for guests → Small and cute remote workstation → Elevator The room is very comfortable, quiet and has: - Comfortable double bed (1.40 x 200 m) - Desk for working remotely - Coat rack - Dedicated kettle for enjoying tea and coffee And shared spaces: > Kitchen - Induction stove - Microwave - Toaster - Dishwasher - Electric kettle - Refrigerator > Bathroom - Bathtub with shower - Washing machine The building has an elevator that stops at the mezzanine (between the second and third floors). So there are only 10 steps to access our apartment! During hot or cold seasons, we have you covered: the heating system will keep you warm, while a dedicated fan will keep you fabulous.

The apartment is located in the central area of Berlin, only 5 subway stops from Alexanderplatz in the Prenzlauer Berg district. The area is served by many public transport (S-Bahn, U-Bahn, and tram) and offers many restaurants and bars where you can eat and have fun. A supermarket is just a 3-minute walk away and there are many stores nearby.
