Welcome to our charming property, conveniently located just a short stroll from the central train and bus stations of Dachau. Enjoy the tranquility of our spacious inner courtyard while being steps away from a vibrant array of shops, restaurants, and local Bavarian boutiques. For your convenience, a grocery store is just around the corner. Each apartment features its own private bathroom, and we also have a shared bathroom downstairs equipped with a shower and toilet. Adjacent to this is a laundry room with professional-grade washers and dryers for your convenience. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by a welcoming kitchen stocked with refreshments, including beer and chocolates, as well as essentials like olive oil and a variety of herbs—everything you need to cook and enjoy. The living room is fitted with air conditioning to maintain a comfortable temperature in your apartment. On warm days, we recommend keeping windows closed and doors open while activating the air conditioner’s 'turbo' mode for optimal cooling. For your entertainment, our television offers an extensive selection of top-tier programs, including Magenta TV, Waipu TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, Amazon Music, DAZN (for sports enthusiasts), RTL, and much more. Our spacious inner courtyard not only provides ample parking spaces and garages but also includes a lovely garden area complete with outdoor furniture for relaxing under the sun. In apartment number 8, you will find a bathroom equipped with a bath/shower combination, along with a separate toilet. Other apartments feature a similar arrangement, though the studio apartment is equipped with a shower only. Thanks to our fantastic transportation system, you'll find it incredibly easy to explore the many highlights of Munich, including Marienplatz, the Residenz, numerous museums, BMW World, and even the stunning lakes in the surrounding area.
