Property information

Newly renovated and fully furnished flat up for rent to couples, families or flatsharers. The flat has 2 separate bedrooms of the same size. Each with a double bed. The 3rd room is a Living Room with access to the kitchen. Some Highlights: * Tasteful, modern furnishing * Big balcony * Fast Wifi * Shower AND a bathtub * Lovely neighbours and approachable landlords (we!) who care * Basic household stuff (washing machine, fridge, toaster, ironing set, etc.) available

Neighbourhood information

The apartment is located in the Weißensee district. A tram station that brings you to Mitte or the Ringbahn is just outside the door. Many supermarkets, resturants are close by and Prenzlauer Berg with its parks and nightlife is just a 20 minutes walk away. Also - unsurprisingly - the actual lake Weissensee is only a couple of minutes by foot. A tram station that goes to the city center and also connects to the train and subway lines is just 2 minutes away.
