There is also a holiday home on the property (DZV870). The Baltic Sea beach with beach promenade, restaurants/cafés and the Usedom Bäderbahn railway station are all within a radius of around 500 metres. The small one-room apartment for 2 people is located on the upper floor and has a furnished balcony. It is equipped with a combined living/bedroom with open-plan kitchenette (double bed, seating and dining area, flat-screen TV, electric hob, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various kitchen appliances), as well as a bathroom with shower/WC. On the 820 square metre property there is a central outdoor seating area with barbecue facilities. There is also storage space for bicycles and a car parking space. A cot and high chair can be provided for small children. Free W-LAN is also available. The rental price includes final cleaning, bed linen, water and electricity consumption.
