A restaurant and boat hire on the Tiefwarensee lake are just a few steps away, while the railway station and a bakery are around 400 metres away. The approx. 37 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking flat with separate entrance has a living room (couch, flat-screen TV, radio, CD player, small dining table), a bedroom (double bed), a complete kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC, electric towel warmer). There are also bicycle storage facilities (bicycle shed) on the property, a small seating area on the property, barbecue and W-LAN. Free public car parking is available directly in front of the house or in the immediate vicinity. The total price includes final cleaning, water and energy consumption, bed linen and towels.
