Your spacious cozy trendy room is in a 2 rooms flat on the 9th floor, with a lovely view in a green area, super close to the center, in the charming Prenzlauer Berg. Just 12 min. to downtown Alexanderplatz by bus. In the other room lives the owner, a very friendly, respectful, nice person which can help you with recommendations and informations in the city. Lots of supermarkets 5–10 min. away on foot, plus 3 parks, tourist spots, and fun nightlife just 15 min. away. A bus stop is right outside the building. Trams and metro are just 5–6 min. walk. You'll get to enjoy Berlin not just as a visitor, but as a local—relaxed, curious, and connected. :) Enjoy your time in Berlin! :)
