Welcome to the Nature Terminal Apartment! :-) Whether you are making a short pit stop before your flight, traveling on business, planning a family vacation or coming for any other reason - "feeling at home" is not just our name but also our program. With a lot of love, dedication and care, we have brought a piece of nature directly into our apartment. In our apartment, a cozy bedroom with a generous 1.80 m bed awaits you for restful slumber dreams on a super-comfortable EMMA mattress. And if you have company, our comfortable 1.60m sofa bed is ready for you. The apartment is designed for 3 adults (+ 1 child). The walk-in closet offers plenty of storage space for short or long stays. A small, cozy office next door allows you to work productively. For relaxed evenings, we have provided a 50-inch Smart TV on which you can log in to all your favorite programs with your own account - be it Netflix, Amazon or just normal free TV. And if you want to let off steam in the kitchen, there is a fully equipped kitchen at your disposal. A Nespresso machine with free coffee capsules and a selection of teas await you for a perfect start to the day. Please note that the apartment is located on the 3rd floor and there is no elevator. You rest, you rust! That's why you had to activate your leg muscles for a short time :-) The access is keyless so please mind the automated email / message you receive when you are booking

Here are a few distances to important places: Stuttgart Airport: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transport: approx. 25-30 minutes. Stuttgart Trade Fair Center: by car: approx. 15 minutes, by public transportation: approx. 25-30 minutes. Stuttgart center: by car: approx. 25 minutes, by public transport to the main station: approx. 50 minutes. Böblingen main station: by car: approx. 15 minutes by public transportation: approx. 30 minutes. If you arrive by car, free parking spaces are available on the street in front of the building. Please note that these are limited to 2 hours until 7 pm. Alternatively, you can rent an underground parking space directly at the house. This costs just fifteen euros for the entire stay, plus a deposit of fifty euros for the key (which you will of course get back after your departure). Otherwise, you will find the magical Schönbuch (forest) right on our doorstep. Here you can spend hours walking and relaxing in nature. There is a beautiful reservoir not far away in Steinenbronn. If you park your car in the parking lot of the Sandäckerhalle, you can walk around the reservoir in about an hour. We are also in the middle part of the Siebenmühlental, where you can enjoy hiking and cycling on the well-developed federal hiking trail. Along the way, you can stop off at mills such as the Eselsmühle or the Burkardsmühle. And last but not least, of course the RITTER SPORT with factory outlet and museum is just a stone's throw from the apartment.
