Welcome to the beautiful southern part of Karlsruhe. Everything is ready for you! Move in and feel at home. In a newly renovated Wilhelminian style apartment, your temporary home is newly and modernly furnished for you and offers space for up to 6 guests. You will find two bedrooms and a living room with a fridge, workstation with WLAN, plenty of storage space, TV, wardrobe, first aid kit with first aid material and high chair for babies. A newly furnished first floor apartment with many extras awaits you. You will find mineral water in the fridge and various teas and a coffee machine on the shelf. You lie on new cold foam mattresses and a box-spring bed and can also use our beautiful sofa bed in the living room. The windows of both bedrooms face the quiet Luisenstraße and can be darkened with blinds and curtains. The large bedroom offers enough space for a mobile baby crib. The bathroom is a pleasant size and you can relax in the shower and use the washing machine. All utensils are provided, from large and small bath towels, shower gel, shampoo and hairdryer. Use of the kitchen including oven, dishwasher and microwave is possible. All utensils such as plates, cups and cutlery may of course be used. The living room also has a large dining table for up to 6 people and a large couch from which you have the best view of our 50-inch Smart TV. Netflix etc. is available (own account required). The apartment is located on the first floor. You will receive your personal key for the house and apartment door. There is paid parking in the Luisenstraße parking garage, just a 5-minute walk from the accommodation. You can park for free in front of the door and in the side streets, subject to availability.

The apartment is centrally located, directly in Karlsruhe's historic Südstadt district. From here you can reach the streetcar stop "Kongresszentrum" in 8 minutes, the main train station and the city center can be reached on foot in less than 20 minutes. Karlsruhe Zoo and the Congress Center can be reached in under 10 minutes. Werderplatz with its many restaurants and shopping facilities is also in the immediate vicinity. Karlsruhe is unmistakable due to its unique fan-shaped layout, the highest courts in Germany and many small monuments, fountains and squares. The choice is yours, whether you are looking for culture and education, adventure and activity or simply relaxation at the Therme Vierortbad.
