Welcome to Homebase Vacation eG – your temporary home! It all started a few years ago in Winterberg, with a healthy dose of passion for hosting. What began small has since grown: Today, we operate over 20 accommodations in Hessen, Nordrhein-Westfalen und Rheinland-Pfalz. And the number is constantly growing! We have a soft spot for beautiful places – and for large groups: That's why we specifically look for locations where we can offer multiple apartments in the same building. This way, families, groups of friends, or teams can travel together while still enjoying individual accommodations. And because vacation is more than just an overnight stay, we'll give you our best tips for local activities, excursions, and restaurants in advance – personally tested, of course! We also welcome small guests and four-legged friends! Our mission is clear: We want everyone to have a truly wonderful time. Whether it's a family vacation, a short trip with friends, a relaxing weekend getaway alone, or simply a business trip – with us, you'll find accommodations where you'll immediately feel at home. Feel at home in my "Forest & Mountain" apartments from Homebase Vacation. The apartments are very cozy and individually furnished. Located directly on the slopes, you're just a few meters from the slopes in winter and 2 minutes from the bike park in summer. The 40m² top-floor apartments are very quiet and each contain a king-size bed (180x200) and a single bed (90x200). The Forest Apartment also has a comfortable sofa bed (140x200). The tiny-house-style kitchen is small but contains everything you need. The apartments feature a large smart TV with its own Netflix account and a SNES Mini, very fast Wi-Fi (Gbit connection), and each has a free parking space. You have the entire apartment to yourself. Self-check-in allows you to check in flexibly without having to arrange a specific arrival time for key pick-up. You have access to a ski cellar and exclusive direct access to the ski area via a garden gate. Bicycle storage is available. Price includes towels and bed linen! Tourist tax is NOT included (3 per person per night) - to be paid separately to the host after booking to receive the Sauerland Summer Card.

Winter: The apartments are located directly on the slopes, opposite the "Astenstraße" ski lift and offer you a great view of the St. Georg Schanze. All you have to do is cross the street via the ski cellar, you can step directly onto the board and you are right at the lift. No searching for a parking space, no waiting for the shuttle bus! Spring, summer, autumn: SAUERLAND SUMMERCARD INCLUDED from 1.4.-31.10. - many activities are free or heavily discounted The 'Erlebnisberg Kappe' can be reached on foot in about 10 minutes. You will find there e.g. a summer toboggan run, biathlon, panorama bridge, a climbing forest and, last but not least, the BIKE PARK, a must for every outdoor activist. The Big Mountain Restaurant is around the corner with a rustic atmosphere, breakfast buffet and delicious burgers (if you are vegan you will also find something here!). To the city center you walk 12-15 minutes and many restaurants are on the way there. A ski and bike rental is around the corner. Despite the supposed "main street location", the extremely good insulation of the apartment and the windows means that nothing can be heard from the street.
