The officially licensed apartment on 3rd floor has two quiet bedrooms, a living room with separate dining area, as well as a cozy TV corner in which the large sofa bed. Due to the high ceilings, the great old building charm and sympathetic modern furnishing style, our guests appreciate it as a highlight in Erfurt. The combination of modern kitchen, dining room and TV area leads to the best possible use of space and thus to the highest quality of living. Especially the large kitchen is ideal for cooking with the family or in small groups, after which the subsequent dinner in the adjacent dining room. The eat-in kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances, is of course fully equipped. The interior style is modern and gains a unique atmosphere with the personal accessories. The lounge area with sofa and armchair corner then gives additional opportunity to linger. The many windows and the high ceilings make the apartment nice and bright. There is a large spacious toilet bathroom and a separate toilet.

The apartment is located on the edge of Erfurt's old town, which is one of the largest ensembles of monuments in Germany. The exceptionally large and largely preserved old town invites you to stroll and marvel. In addition to the Cathedral Square, the Krämer Bridge, and the Petersberg Citadel, Erfurt has many other attractions to offer in the historic center - and all of this is in the immediate vicinity of the house. Public transport (bus and streetcar) as well as popular restaurants, bars and clubs are within walking distance. You can get the key via a key box on site. There are public and free parking spaces in the adjacent streets. In the courtyard there is reserved private parking for a medium-sized car.
