Die Wohnung befindet sich in einem historischen Gebäude, in unmittelbarer Nähe des Bahnhofs und des Busbahnhofs. Dort befindet sich auch die Hauptpromenade der Stadt mit Zugang zum Einkaufs- und Gastronomiebereich. Zur Hauptattraktion, dem Hafen, ist es nur ein kurzer Spaziergang.
