The Ostalb holiday region around our ELODIA apartments offers many opportunities for fun, leisure and outdoor sports. Our Alb has excellent routes that are popular with hikers and mountain bikers. Natural attractions such as the Eselsburger Tal with its famous “nuns” and an organic farm shop and a restaurant to stop off at, the meteorite crater at the “Steinheimer Becken”, Felsenmeer Wental with a large forest playground nearby and the Brenztopf are just around the corner. The old Staufer town of Schwäbisch Gmünd, still a silver and gold town today, is also a very popular excursion destination.
