Additional house rules: If the pet or smoking ban is violated, a fee of 250 euros will be charged, as well as the costs of cleaning, deodorizing and repairing damage. Guests exceeding the number stated in the reservation are not permitted. Each unauthorised guest will be charged 30 Eur per night. Commercial photography/videography without a written agreement and illegal activities including prostitution are strictly prohibited. Guests have full responsibility for damage to the accommodation, injuries and loss of items. Damage must be reported to customer service. Guests must bear the costs incurred in the event of a key loss. Sound level meters can be installed in homes to monitor excessive sound levels. Using the Internet for illegal purposes, such as up- or downloading copyrighted data, is prohibited. Usage data may not be disclosed to third parties. Bookings within your own place of residence are not permitted. If you want to book within your place of residence, please contact me in advance. Moving or rearranging furniture is prohibited. By booking, you agree to comply with these house rules. Guests who violate these rules are liable for all damage caused. Non-compliance may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation and removal from the property without refund.
