The idea for our first F10 APARTMENTS was born while studying at university. We started out in 2017 in the city center of Ulm. Since 2019 you can also stay in Roth (near Pfaffenhofen a.d. Roth), just about 15 Minutes from Ulm. In 2022 we added our newest F10 in Illertissen. We are pleased that our guests have learned to appreciate our attention to detail enabling us to grow to new horizons.

Our newest F10 APARTMENT offers an entire ready-for-occupancy apartment with two rooms with self-check-in in the city center of Illertissen. With just about 100-200 meters from the train & bus station, local shops, drug stores, super markets etc. it is perfectly located. It offers –besides the double beds in the two rooms– a fully-equipped kitchen, small dining/seating/working areas, a large balcony and a bathroom (including toilet). As in all F10 APARTMENTS we also offer here many free amenities for our guests like fast internet/WLAN (up to 250 Mbit/s), shampoo, coffee, tea, detergents, toiletries, towels, additional bed linen etc.! Also free parking is available on the property on your own parking lot (besides many more free city parking lots on our street). F10 APARTMENT Illertissen SKY is located near Illertissen's best restaurants, bars and cafes. For example also just 100-200m from our building: A drugstore, two supermarkets with backeries, train station and also bus stops. This F10 APARTMENT is therefore a perfect starting point for a short break, touristic trips in and around Illertissen, transit or for business trips.
