The location is perfect for relaxing days at Lake Chiemsee and excursions into the Bavarian mountains, whether on foot or by bike. At the same time, you are right in the heart of the village, with everything you need just a short walk away. A private parking space is reserved exclusively for you directly in front of the house. You will also find a wallbox there, allowing you to conveniently charge your electric car using your own charging card. Start your day with a delicious coffee on the terrace/balcony overlooking the garden and enjoy all the wonderful amenities this apartment has to offer. For a truly restful sleep, a cozy box-spring double bed with hotel-quality bedding awaits you in the bedroom. In addition, the sofa bed has been specially selected for its high-quality mattress and extra sleeping comfort. The apartment also features a spacious dining area – perfect for shared meals and cozy evenings. Relax in the living room’s inviting atmosphere, where a 55-inch Smart TV with Netflix and UHD Internet TV lets you enjoy your favorite shows and movies in outstanding picture quality. Our garden, with sun loungers and additional seating, invites you to linger and is open to you at any time. Explore the paths and peaks of the surrounding Mountains, stop off at the rustic alpine pastures, go on Bike Tours in the idyllic surroundings, move in and on the Water, zoom down to the Valley on a toboggan or ski, get your circulation going on the Cross-Country ski Trail in momentum - it's just hard for us to stay still.
