Detached and spread over two floors, our residence offers exclusive sauna usage during the colder months, along with everything you need for a memorable stay. Experience peace and relaxation away from the hustle and bustle in a house that has been decorated with love and attention to detail, creating a comfortable environment for our guests. The house spans over 100 sqm of living space, divided across two levels. It features a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room with a fireplace corner, and a dining room with a picturesque view of the lake. For cozy evenings, there is satellite TV, a DVD player, and a selection of books available. A bedroom with a TV and an en-suite bathroom is also on the first floor, while the attic offers an additional sleeping area for children, including toys and a TV corner. A washing machine for exclusive use completes the interior amenities. The outdoor area is enhanced by a large, fully equipped terrace with barbecue facilities, complemented by a beach area with garden loungers and another terrace right by the water. The entire property is fenced, making it particularly child-friendly. Additionally, a pedal and a rowing boat are available for use. Dabel, located in the heart of the Mecklenburg Lake District with its charming natural landscape, offers a variety of leisure activities such as cycling, hiking, and water sports, complemented by proximity to historic cities and cultural attractions. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
