With a cozy living area equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay, it is ideal for couples or small families. Built in 1992, the property provides ample space for up to 3 guests, distributed across an inviting bedroom, a cozy living room, and all other essential spaces to make your time here unforgettable. Inside, the house is distinguished by its well-thought-out layout. The bedroom, with a double bed and an additional sofa bed, accommodates three people and is thus perfectly tailored to the needs of its occupants. Furthermore, this room is equipped with a comprehensive wardrobe. The pleasant living room, fitted with comfortable seating and entertainment electronics, promises relaxing hours after a day full of activities in nature. The outdoor area, featuring a 1,200 m² lovingly landscaped garden with flower beds and fruit trees, invites guests to linger in the fresh air. Two terraces, equipped with barbecue facilities, offer ideal conditions for cozy evenings under the open sky. For nature and sports enthusiasts, the immediate vicinity boasts a fishing pond as well as a multitude of hiking and biking trails through the Thuringian Forest. The nearby village of Fischbach, nestled at the foot of the Thuringian Forest, serves as a starting point for numerous excursions to regional attractions and is thus the perfect location for both adventurers and those seeking relaxation alike. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
