After the extensive renovation in 2014, it provides an ideal retreat for two adults, and upon request, accommodation for up to four people is possible. A highlight is the electrically heated living area, which, in addition to a cozy corner sofa with a sleep function and a satellite flat-screen TV, offers a high-quality double bed with a Vi-Spring mattress. For those who prefer to cater for themselves, a practical fitted kitchen with an electric stove, refrigerator, toaster, coffee machine, and kettle is available. Inside the house, guests are welcomed by the comfortable living area and a separate, modern bathroom with a walk-in shower, as well as a washing machine and dryer in the basement, all designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The furnishings are functional and focused on comfort, with a strong emphasis on quality. This is also reflected in the careful selection of sleeping furniture and available household appliances. Outside, a charming area unfolds with a covered terrace offering a panoramic view. A secluded garden with a spacious lawn, lockable gate, whirlpool (available April 1st through October 31st), paddle boat, bicycles, Weber grill, and garden lounges invites guests to relax and enjoy the peace. Strategically located, the beach, lake, water sports opportunities, and the nearest town center are just 500 meters away. A grocery store is located 1000 meters away, conveniently covering daily needs. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
