Unser Haus wurde vom Deutschen Touristikverband mit 3 Sternen klassifiziert. und wurde im Mai 2019 neu eingerichtet. Die Belegung ist 1-4 Personen. . Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich ein Wohnzimmer mit Schlafcouch SAT-TV, Radio,und W-Lan, sowie ein Esszimmer, eine vollausgestattete Küche, und ein Balkon. Im Obergeschoss befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer und ein Bad. Kostenlos stehen zur Verfügung WLAN Handtücher, Bettwäsche,, Kaffee, Tee, und ein Parkplatz. In ca. 50 Meter Entfernung befindet sich eine E-Tankstelle Das Haus ist zur alleinigen Nutzung und ein Nichtraucherhaus.
Vom Haus hat man einen schönen Blick auf einen Park und auf Schloss Friedrichstein. Zum Stadtkern und Einkaufzentrum sowie Bushaltestelle sind es 2 Minuten, Freizeitmöglichkeiten: Hallenbad mit Sauna, grosser Kurpark, Golfplatz, Tenisplatz, Wanderungen im Kellerwald und Edersee wo man vieles unternehmen kann.
