You want to end the evening cozy - perhaps by candlelight or warmed by the fireplace? We'll make it possible. Even big families or smaller groups can easily make themselves comfortable: Our holiday house comes with no less than four bedrooms, containing a total of ten beds. A large bathroom (including a bathtub, a shower and two sinks), a guest bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen or a homely living room with fireplace guarantee a carefree vacation. The fourth bedroom is sure to delight younger visitors: It is located in the attic and can be reached with the help of a rope ladder, akin to those used in a henhouse. Finally, there is a large garden to your sole disposal to complete the package. Leave your daily worries far behind and prepare for pure joy - because we care about your well-being. Further advantages: Cable TV, WLAN access, bed linen, towels, toilet paper, hairdryer, shampoo and soap, flat iron, TV, central heating or fan heater, dishes, baby cot, high chair, coffee machine, pots and pans, microwave, refrigerator, oven, stove, oil, spices and a grill. Please note that next to the large vacation home, there are three small vacation apartments.

The "Große Alpsee" (great alp lake), its surface area of 240 ha and its nearby nature reserve offer a great destination for recreation that is popular among tourists and locals alike. Furthermore, the beautiful creek "Konstanzer Ach" crosses the city. Summertime invites you on extend hikes along lakes and over meadows or mountains, while winter allows you to tame slopes on skis or snowboards. Immenstadt at Allgäu is chock-full of attractions: Theme parks, museums, mountain hikes and a slew of sports activities await you. In the not too far distance - about 45 minutes by car - you can find famous Schloss Neuschwanstein. Its sight alone will turn your vacation into an unforgettable experience!
