It is located on the ground floor of a detached house on the outskirts of the city of Gerolstein near the main shopping street Sarresdorf. On the upper floor of the house there is a rental apartment that is lived in by permanent tenant. Parking for up to 3 cars or a larger car trailer is on private property in front of the apartment. Also in front of the apartment there is a private terrace with a grill and lawn. A large, heated play area for children is located in the main entrance area. If the weather is good, there is already a large play area on the landlord's property right next to the apartment.
