There are many opportunities to explore nature on foot or by bike in the immediate vicinity. The proximity to the city invites you to take a leisurely stroll and stop off at nice cafés, organic food stores and restaurants. There is a physiotherapy practice with a fitness room in the house, which can be used for a separate fee.
In about 20 minutes by car you can reach wonderful hiking areas for all levels with refreshment stops at mountain huts. A 30-minute drive to the Chiemsee (Bavarian Sea) is worthwhile in any weather. A trip on the cog railroad to the 1838m high Wendelstein, only 20km away, is certainly worth a day trip. The Bad Aiblinger Therme, which is within walking distance, is a highlight for those who want to relax and unwind.
