Are you in the mood for wine .. are you ready for a holiday ... or do you need a break? Then you've come to the right place. Combine your next trip to the Moselle with a visit to our winery. In our new, modernly furnished holiday apartment (non-smoking) for 4 people with kitchen, living room with satellite TV and 2 double bedrooms, each with shower / toilet, large terrace, YOU can relax and enjoy your vacation. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor. (no elevator). If the apartment is occupied by 2 people, only one bedroom can be used - the use of the 2nd bedroom is possible for an additional charge by prior arrangement.
Detzem is a small wine-growing village, right on the Moselle. YOU can cycle or walk for kilometers on the Moselle Cycle Path. From the "Fünf-Seen-Blick" observation tower you have a wonderful view down into the Moselle valley. Detzem is halfway between Trier (22 km) and Bernkastel-Kues (25 km). The gem town of Idar-Oberstein is also not far away. In just one hour's drive you can be in the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg (50 km) or in the neighboring countries of Belgium and France. The idyllic wine village owes its name to a former Roman road which at the time led along the Moselle from Trier to Mainz. The place where the 10th milestone was set was named by the Romans "ad decimum lapidem" - Detzem.
