Despite being situated in the basement of our house, the apartment shines with its bright and friendly ambiance, promising a pleasantly cool atmosphere during the summer months. Oberteuringen, with its complete range of facilities for daily needs - from grocery stores to a pharmacy, gas station, bank, as well as restaurants and bars - fulfills all expectations for comfortable living. All necessary amenities are within easy walking distance, while the nearby nature reserve invites for extensive walks. The interior of the apartment leaves little to be desired. The kitchen is equipped with a variety of appliances - from a toaster and kettle to a microwave and mini oven, including two types of coffee machines. In the living area, a large smart TV alongside a stereo system provides entertainment, supported by a wide selection of movies and books for rainy days or cozy evenings. The bedroom offers ample storage space, and with underfloor heating and a ventilation system, as well as blackout windows with fly screens in both the living room and bedroom, every comfort is catered for. Although it wasn't possible to include a terrace or a portion of the garden during construction, the surrounding area in the Lake Constance district offers plenty of excursion destinations and attractions. The unique location in the border triangle makes trips to Switzerland and Austria easily accessible. A folder with flyers for popular excursion destinations is available in the apartment to assist in planning your stay. Accommodation is not suitable for groups of young people.
