The apartment is located in the basement of our family house with its own entrance, private terrace and view of the garden. The apartment is 45 square meters - there is a large living room with dining area and a fitted kitchen - a pantry with a washing machine and a hallway with plenty of storage space. From the hall you get into a small bedroom (box bed 160x200) with an adjacent bathroom. There is a sofa bed in the living room. (140x195) There is free WiFi in the apartment, a free parking space and that Check-in with a key box is possible at any time. There is a starter pack with a small selection of vinegar, oil and spices. Toilet paper and cleaning utensils are also available. Garden furniture and a sun lounger on the terrace invite you to relax. Shops - supermarket, bakery and butcher are nearby. Likewise an ice cream parlor, restaurant and pizzeria.

Our own vacation trips have always taken us to Scandinavia. What we particularly like there is of course nature, but also the way of life and the style of furnishing. And so we brought a little bit of it into the apartment. Not too much - not too little - just right - or as you would say in Sweden: Lagom We look forward to seeing you.

Neustadt-Wied is located in the middle of the Rhein-Westerwald Nature Park, between Westerwald-Steig and Rheinsteig. The Middle Rhine wine region and the Ahr Valley are not far away. Valleys, heights and forest areas invite you to hike. The Wiedtal offers a varied cycle path over almost 100 km. Whether hiking, cycling, swimming, riding or golf - there are many opportunities around Neustadt-Wied. The cities of Koblenz, Cologne and Bonn are easy to reach, there are many sights and museums to discover. In the apartment there is an information folder with many tips about sightseeing and excursions.
