Grohlz Apartment boasts plenty of rural charm it’s a perfect base for visiting the many attractions of the Eifel region, also Mosel and Rhein are very close possibilities to visit where visitors return year after year to walk along, taste Mosel wine, enjoy a ride by boat to see the Magical Castles of the Rhine or accelerate on the Circuit of Nürburgring. Once you've checked in, you'll find a capsule coffee machine with capsules and tea, portions of milk and sugar. As well we placed an filter coffee machine with filters. Please note there is no grounded coffee due to hygiene reasons.

Or Story: It all started back in May 2015 when we spotted the House in Boos-Eifel, in the 3 weeks before the Purchase we visited a number of times and completely fell in love with the place. The dream was to run and use our experience on the Hospitality and Tourism and run part of the house as a Holliday Apartments rental self-catering, as this needed only a little bit of attention (in the grand scheme of things!) and then to gradually add some few services as a B&B. The initial apartment block was transformed refurbished and decorated in just over 12 months and we converted the existing facilities to have a central Kitchen than can be used on a more flexible way to all Apartments or individually. Doing all the work ourselves with endless help from some friends and our families, we used the local experts for plumbing, electrics and a few major building projects like for windows openings and plastering out. At the time we notice we had no mane yet and have at that time decided it would be by joining of both our single Surnames Grilo&Scholz= Grohlz. Fewo Grholz was opened in April 2018.

Our Halliday apartment is situated in Boos on the Eifel region of Kreis Mayen. The holiday region Vordereifel is embedded in the historic volcanic Eifel region around the "Hohe Acht" (747 m), surrounded by the world famous Nürburgring, the Benedictine abbey Maria Laach, the castle Eltz as well as the rivers Ahr, Rhine and Moselle. Nürburgring Circuit is only 7 min drive. The apartment is fully independent and equipped with all needed from short to medium term stays. Offers comfort and full privacy. The dream path Booser Doppelmaar can be reached from Boos center / Jugendheim , The path is marked with the Traumpfad logo and signposts with kilometers and maps are available on our house.
