The Schindler vacation apartment is in a quiet location on the outskirts of Heglau with a view of the countryside and a stork's nest on the adjacent barn. At the Altmühlsee, about 5 km away, with the famous bird island, there is an adventure playground, surf center, canoe rental, mini golf, boat trip and a paved bike path around the lake. Shopping facilities (ALDI, Rewe, bakery etc.) can be found in Merkendorf, approx. 2 km away. The garden area with swing and sandpit can be shared.
