Our two holiday apartments are located on the extremely quiet outskirts of a small village in Bavaria with bordering forests and meadows. The apartments make up a semi-detached house which is only occupied by our guests. We can accommodate up to 9 guests in both apartments combined so you can enjoy your days off even with a larger group of friends or family. 1. Our apartment (with balcony) on the ground floor: the bedroom, offers plenty of space with a double bed and (if required) an additional bed. The sofa in the cozy living room is repurposed into another (double) bed if needed. The rustic bathroom was renovated at the beginning of 2023 and now contains an easily accessible walk-in shower. Families with children might also appreciate the two sinks and the spacious bathtub. The toilet is located in a separate room. In a small storage room you can find cleaning utensils. The modern kitchen is equipped with a ceramic hob, refrigerator, dishwasher and a washing machine. A highlight is the large balcony with seats and deck chairs. Perfect for a longer stay! 2. The smaller, second apartment is in the basement. The bright living room and bedroom have big windows to let in all the daylight and offer a charming view. Cozy, modern and wonderfully calm! Our apartments are equipped child-friendly, as is the extremely low-traffic neighbourhood. In both our apartments you can find parlour games, building blocks, colouring pencils, books and CDs to ensure that nobody gets bored, even when the weather is bad. Both TVs have access to the Internet. The apartments include free Wi-Fi. Outside in the yard or garden children can play games or have fun with several toy vehicles.

We are called Ida and Fritz Wagner. We are pensioners. It is a pleasure for us to welcome you. We live right next to our holiday apartments and are happy to be your contact persons during your holiday. Our daughter Kathrin is supporting us in rental and organizational matters. Since 2011 we are hosting guests from near and far in a non-commercial form. Our guests like our sociability and open-mindedness. It shouldn't be an obstacle that we only speak German. Children can play in the garden or in the adjacent forest. Children's playground and a bakery are just 500 meters away. The direct environment with fields, meadows and forests invite you to relaxing walks or small bike rides. Village shop, pharmacy, doctor, butcher and an inn can be reached within 2 km. Larger supermarkets and discounters can be found in nearby Thannhausen or Krumbach (Swabia). Distance to LEGOLAND Germany: 20 minutes by car. In summer, some of the surrounding bathing lakes, the family-friendly outdoor pool Krumbach and the hip wakeboarding facility in Thannhausen invite you to take a refreshing dip. Our area is also known as the "Schwäbischer Barockwinkel" with interesting churches and monasteries. Within a radius of more or less than an hour's drive are Munich, Füssen, Augsburg or Ulm, the Allgäu Alps and the Swabian Alb.
