Property information

Welcome in the holiday apartment "Garmisch-Mittendrin-Erleben"! The approx. 58 square metre 2-room holiday flat is located on the top floor (2nd floor) of a well-kept apartment building in the centre of Garmisch. This flat is divided as follows: open-plan living/dining area with 65-inch TV, a bedroom with box-spring bed and adjoining bathroom with shower/WC, a fully equipped kitchen with all major appliances. From the living room you have access to a balcony. There is also an outdoor parking space directly in front of the house. About the location: 1 min to the pedestrian zone (bakery, butcher, pharmacy, ski and mountain bike hire, etc.), numerous restaurants in the immediate vicinity. 10 minutes on foot to the skiing and hiking area Hausberg (ski lift, mountain railway), bus connection 20 metres. Pets are allowed, but on request!!! This is a non-smoking flat. WLAN is free of charge!
