It is located on the upper floor and has a living room (upholstered furniture, flat-screen TV, radio/CD-DVD player) with open-plan kitchen (electric cooker with oven, fridge with freezer compartment, microwave, various small kitchen appliances), two bedrooms (1 x double bed, cot, 1 x 2 single beds), a sleeping loft (accessible via a steep ladder, low ceiling height, 2 mattresses), a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer), a hallway and a furnished balcony. There are also parking spaces for both apartments, a small playground on the property (slide, sandpit, football goal, basketball hoop), a table tennis table, barbecue, smoker, a shared covered seating area, sun loungers, a bicycle storage room (lockable), a rowing boat (anchor 4), fishing licences and a water pedalo.
