Please note that guests must arrange an appointment with the host to collect the apartment key. After sending a message to the host upon arrival, the host will open the main entrance door remotely. Guests can then take the elevator to the first floor to reach the apartment. If guests go to the building’s front desk or lobby to collect the key instead, an additional charge (penalty) of EUR 20 will apply.

If guests do not adhere to the check-in or check-out times, an additional fee of EUR 19.99 will apply.

Check-in is available between 12:00 and 18:00, and check-out must be completed between 09:00 and 10:00.
