Very quiet and centrally located, sunny ground floor apartment with garden terrace for 2 adults , 50 sqm Whg. with complete eat-in kitchen, living room area with cable TV, internet WLAN, pull-out sofa. Bedroom with double bed, bathroom with tub, bidet, toilet and underfloor heating. Washing machine + dryer in the vestibule of the apartment. Pet allowed !
