SauerlandBookings is a German/Dutch family business and operates from Germany and the Netherlands. We are 2 sisters and share our passion for the Sauerland and our knowledge of online marketing. This has resulted in our website SauerlandBookings growing into one of the largest and most comprehensive websites in the Sauerland region. The website has been online since 2013. Since we offer accommodation in different price ranges, we can reach a wide audience. We rent throughout the year and therefore have different seasonal prices. We offer homeowners the opportunity to rent out their holiday home through us. We are selective in adding new accommodation. The accommodations must meet our strict quality requirements. You enter the very spacious vacation home for 12 people through the hall with checkroom (total 280m2). On the second floor you will find a spacious, luxurious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining table with plenty of space. On the same floor are 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds. One bedroom has a double bed and 2 single beds. The 2 spacious bathrooms have a rain shower and sink. The 2 separate toilets have a sink. On the 2nd floor you will also find a spacious, luxurious living room, fully equipped modern kitchen and a large dining table with plenty of space. There are 2 bedrooms with 2 single beds. The 2 spacious bathrooms have a rain shower and sink. The separate toilet has a sink. On the property there is a cozy wooden gazebo next to a place for a campfire. Here you can enjoy a snack or drink in the evening and of course there is also a bbq/grill. In total there is 1600 m2 of land around the house with a lovely large lawn for the children to play or a game of soccer. There is enough space for everyone to do their thing. Freshly laundered bedding is provided for all guests. Haus Zur Mühle is a beautiful historic building that carries a lot of history with it. It was built in 1790 and renovated in 2022. Because of its historical value, it falls under the German designation "Denkmalschutz," which means it is a listed building and is protected to preserve its historical and cultural value. It was originally a water mill and has been renovated into modern and luxurious apartments. It is a great way for guests to enjoy modern amenities in a historic building.

The location of Haus zur Mühle in Elkeringhausen is in the middle of a natural environment. This offers guests the opportunity to enjoy the beauty of nature and peaceful surroundings. Just a 3-minute drive from Winterberg, you have easy access to the amenities and activities this popular destination has to offer. Within walking distance is a fun playground for children with a beautiful pond.
