The lovingly furnished, spacious ground floor apartment with 117 m2 is ideally suited for relaxing family vacations or couple vacations up to 6 people. The open dining and living room area is equipped with a 75" Smart-TV with (W-LAN connection). The cozy reading corner invites you to relax and linger. Breakfast outside, no problem on the covered balcony with extendable table and comfortable garden furniture. Cooking together is fun in the high-quality equipped kitchen, even with several people. A filter coffee machine, a Nespresso capsule machine, a kettle with respective initial equipment with coffee u. Tea are available. The modern bathrooms invite either to bathe in the freestanding tub, as well as to shower in the floor-to-ceiling shower. The larger bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet, double vanity, bathtub, and hairdryer, the smaller one with shower, toilet, vanity, hairdryer, and a washing machine. In bedroom 1 there is a comfortable box spring bed (2,00m x 2,00m). In bedroom 2 there are 2 pull-out beds. A basic set of towels, bed linen and final cleaning are included in the price.

We love to welcome guests in our heart oasis and to spoil a few relaxing days in our newly built vacation apartment. We have adapted the apartment and especially the kitchen equipment to our own expectations and wish that all guests can feel completely comfortable.

In the immediate vicinity (approx. 10 min. walk) the Lochmühle leisure park with gastronomy, petting zoo, quad / trekking, playground and carriage rides invites you to activities. The golf courses Langenstein and Steißlingen can be reached by car in 10 min. each. The nearest lido in Bodman is about 14 km away. The center of Constance is 33 km away, Radolfzell is 16 km away, Überlingen is 29 km away. Schaffhausen / Rhine Falls (Switzerland) can be reached in 35 min.
